But really my point ...why not incent developers to build space compatible to the national retailers on parking lots like that whole block directly to the north of the Galleria. With the Crate and Barrel there and an opportunity to redevelop the 3/4 block to the west, you'd have the type of synergy those national retails look for, wouldn't you?
