Welcome RFPCME, it's good to have you aboard with us. Yeah, we refer to the courts building as the, 'CYBORG.' I looked at the portfolio of renderings of this project a while ago, and actually was fairly impressed. I am thinking from those unpublished renderings, that the actual building will be quite attractive. The published renderings are pretty one-dimensional.

Right now, I would say that we are most anticipating the details of the new downtown theatre, which will host larger broadway productions. Word today was that there is the possibility that the historic Pantages on Main will be restored and expanded. Also, the final renderings of the big Frank Gehry project at Traverse Ridge are highly anticipated by many. The renderings were to have been completed by this month, but they are holding off for about six more weeks before the big public release.
