Thank you guys, yeah WibblyWobbly I'm more fascinated by dirt and grime than polished and shiny cities!

The lights were actually a post pro cheat, but as they were internal they didn't affect anything visible. I even added a slight reflective strip of light to the car windscreen in Photoshop too, just to try and emphasis them. If i do get time I will return to this city, it still inspires.
