Since you have it, just log in with your email and password, go to the bldg page and in the link 'upload drawing' you have the chance to insert the 1:1 diagram + a larger png or psd file. After uploading with the view coordinates you can drop some comments for the approval committee about your drawing. And it is done waiting in pendind diagrams to be approved. That's all.
