It's odd that DPW is so gung-ho after wholly rejecting Bike Easy on the Decatur bike lanes.
How will you deal with nighttime visibility, especially if you're getting black powder coat? At least the curb barriers should be covered in something retro-reflective, just in case. Streetlights, even in the Quarter, are not very bright and not terribly reliable.
