We've been watching them install the movable roof sections. In the
far block, the middle roof section on the right side doesn't lay down
(I watched them test it a while back). The outer sections rise up as
they move towards the middle -- but the center section is
continuously raised as it moved back and forth. The sections that
they are installing in the near block all lay down when open. I think
we figured out why the one stays up. It looks like the covered
walk-way is slightly curved and as the roof retracts the middle
section has to stay up so it won't bind. If we're right, then when
they install the near-left sections of the roof, there will have to be
one that stays up as well.
