WOW, the Old WTC twin towers are in the picture & look very tiny. (I know, this building was planed in 1996 before 9-11). If this tower was built back then while the Twins Towers were still standing, the WTC Twin Towers would of looked like the Chrysler Building being viewed from the top of the Empire State Building. Hmmm, it sure does look like the new 1WTC Freedom Tower Design. And this building would of been built on the Lower East Side??? Wow, I could just imagine what the view of the NYC skyline would of looked like from across the River on the BQE.
