I am by no means a fan of this guy, and I have absolutely no faith that he will ever build anything of substance in this city, but I am happy that he has renovated a few of his properties that he has purchased here, like the ten story parking garage he bought, the new Best Western hotel (former Hilton) and the old Travel Lodge, now set to become a new Holiday Inn Express. I'm also interested to see what he has planned for the old Compri Hotel, which he says he will convert to residential.
