According to SA Boy over on SSC these guys will build towers all over the world, especially where emirates airlines flies, and each will have a jumeirah hotel (so the hotel operator guaranteed) and then sell apartments, offices, etc in the rest of the tower. New York is the only city in the US emirates flies to so we could see a Dubai Towers NY at some point
