They are "only" tenants but since the 1960's TD Bank and good design in tall buildings have had a very well known shared history (google Mies van der Rohe, Philip Johnson, Phyllis Lambert and Toronto TD Bank Centre). I am excited that TD Bank will inhabit another trophy building, this time in NYC.
