The Residences at Park District Celebrates its Grand Opening

DALLAS, TX – May 16, 2018 – High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and joint venture partner, MetLife Investment Management, announce that the Residences at Park District is officially open for residents. The Class A, 34-story luxury residential tower, which features 228 residential units and 13,396 square feet of retail space fronting Klyde Warren Park, has welcomed residents into the building and opened the onsite leasing center, which is being managed by FirstService Residential.
