FAA Approves Two Cranes At Aston Martin Residences Construction Site, Up To 889 Feet

Installation of two tower cranes to allow for vertical construction at Aston Martin Residences has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The application to install the cranes was submitted July 13 and approved today, October 29.
According to the application, two cranes will be in place at the 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way job site for around 19 months.
One crane will rise 889 feet, while another will rise 851 feet.
The Aston Martin tower itself is approved at 816 feet above ground, or 820 feet above sea level. Brickell’s 85-story Panorama Tower is the only building in Miami that is taller (868 feet above ground).
