Yeah, the aerial shot of the centre design seems to fit with the older street view design more than the colour panels design. Time will tell once construction gets underway whether they go with one or the other designs. From what I can see, The pedway heading across the street towards the Ultramar would then turn 90 degrees and cross over New Gower to connect the Delta Hotel on the other corner, which makes sense.
