In my opinion, this new conservatory will be one of the highlights of the city. Perhaps not for the 18-20 year old crowd coming north from Grand Forks. But for a large percentage of adults, this will be a huge hit. The fact that it is nestled into one of the finest in-city gems in North America just makes it that much better. This project is wildly underrated. I cannot speak for every visitor, but in my family and friend group, this would be every bit as important of a must-see as the CMHR when coming to town.

I mean, the Muttart Conservatory is a huge draw in Edmonton and this complex seems to make the Muttart look humble in comparison.
