Wondering if someone can explain a little to me about the keybank buildings (it's a little cloudy to me) ...

How much of the building is vacant now, and how much would be vacant after DN leaves?

Also, who owns the building.. is it KeyBank? How much space do they use themselves? (If it's a keybank building, seems like a lot of space they don't ever use)
