The Riverbend deal changed a bit today. The solar panel manufacturer Silevo, which was supposed to anchor the complex, was bought by SolarCity and SolarCity is pushing forward on the plan except that they are expanding it, saying that the new Buffalo factory will be one of the largest in the world, with 1000 employees.
