Maybe, but it went up almost 15 years ago before the high-rise boom downtown. It was some of the first new housing built downtown since the 1960s or 70s. It is rather well designed except that the soundproofing between units is terrible. A friend of mine was in and out of that building in less than 6 months due to noise from all sides and also between floors. The rent was pretty steep too, and this was 13 years ago.
