This is perhaps the most excited I've been to watch something go up since 2007. Yeah, it's not that much taller than the Austonian, and the design isn't quite starchitecture (with other more daring takes on the jenga-like design already existing)... but more than any other tower of the last decade, this has the best chance of making a Frost-like statement on the skyline, something that will define the city to the rest of the world.

So great to see this enter the "official" U/C phase.
