This thread is inspired by Freki's excellent
Freki presents Planet Earth. I haven't been to as many places as him. For now, most of these pictures will be of North America, South America, and Europe. Hopefully soon I can make it to more distant places in Asia, Africa, and Australia.
I am not a professional photographer--just someone who likes to travel and take pictures and occasionally winds up with a few good ones.
