I walked by the Gateway building (3rd and Mill) and it appears to have a Wast Management sign on the side of it. They moving in ? If so it is good news that the building is slowly filling up. Won't be new (commercial) buildings until these fill up. There is also a Iron man store going in on the bottom this summer.
I've also noticed some work being done on the ol Mill. Good to see that being cleaned up.
