Southern sites: The Residences @ Laurel Hill (40-64 Laurel Hill Rd.)
- Approved for a total of 28,125 sqft between 3 buildings rising 3 stories, 72 units
Laurel Hill Townhomes (57 Laurel Hill Rd.)
- Approved for a 13 unit townhouse complex
