  • 4 storey parkade in 8 storey podium (1 level underground)
  • 388 Units
  • 60,000 sq.ft office space
  • 25,000 sq. ft. ground retail including grocery store.
  • Boutique-hotel-style lobby, rooftop patio and other resident amenities.
  • Sky lounge and outdoor patio on the 45th floor & Patio, Gym, Movie Theatre, Game Room etc.
  • Sales Centre located at 279 Garry St.
