Also, just to the north of this project there is another proposal for 350 units + retail in 10 and 12 story buildings + townhomes. Although, word is that this will likely get scaled back (if it gets built):
And then just a bit further north, to the north of the UMKC student housing, there is an 89 room hotel project that I think is expected to break ground soon.
