I would guess it is from 1975-ish, as it shows the start of construction on 5151 Terminal Rd. and a crane on the Maritime Centre site.

It's interesting to me that the power station is still functioning (now Emera offices), you can see the old tram car garages still in place to the left of the power station, there is still some industrial/business activity on the waterfront, but you can also see the surface parking across from Keith's brewery where it had been previously cleared out. Also, the site of The Alexander was a parking lot even then.

I'm sure there are more items of interest that can be picked out by eagle-eyed viewers.
