If you compare it with the two diagrams beneath it, you will see that the parking lot on the other side of Moravian is where the tall portion of the building will be. The three buildings that are in jeopardy are on the south side of Sansom (they are between Moravian and Sansom.) This project will cross Moravian thus eliminating most of that block.
