Somewhat, but the distinction will be that when people are referencing the Farley building in particular, that will be
Moynihan. Of course, if you're coming into Manhattan on the LIRR, you'll be arriving in Penn Station and not Moynihan. But Penn Station doesn't have a visible presence on the street. You can't really point to it (except for a few signs), not the case for Moynihan.
