That’s a good question. The concrete core and steel construction I assume is good for offices since you can customize floor plans a little easier depending on the tenants. Hotels and residential have a more fixed floor plan so I could see it either way with our CCH. I’m betting steel for some more expansive meeting rooms but I really have no idea.
