I'm making new updated 'cards' for various projects around town. They may be old news to some, but they provide a chance to update on various project's status.
The Nashville Yards project.
The card relates most of the vitals, however, the lot for the Hyatt Regency, lower right, is currently being excavated and concrete will be formed and poured starting soon.
Much of the rest of the project fronting the railroad yard is undergoing demolition of a large printing house and there will soon be an implosion of a ten story office building to clear for construction on the row of mid-rise buildings shown on the card. The rest of the billion dollar project will develop over time.
One of the developers is the owner of the Phoenix Suns NBA Basketball team.
