The lottery was called Western Express... but I recall the program being titled "Winsday" (since it aired Wednesdays.... 6:30 on CKTV in Regina). It originated at CKY Winnipeg. For a while Wittman would bring on a co-host from a radio station somewhere in Western Canada.
