Older pic of downtown; good to see that some of those empty lots have been/are being developed! I'd love to see the Watson Mfg. plant in the foreground redeveloped into apartments like the Lovell Mfg. building across the tracks directly to its north. Nothing represents Erie's architectural vernacular better than massive brick factories. So many have met the wrecking ball, but many still remain.
