That may be the case, however I do find it odd that Brooks chose to announce this project right when the firestorm of the credit crisis came crashing down around us. If they are indeed in dire need of heavy tenant leases, why bother to announce a project in such a bad economy where no one is in the position to lease? I almost wonder if they have speculative clients waiting in the ranks, as the article insinuated for the project's announcement. Let's hope so. Because regardless, the more tenants the better!
