Quote:
86-88 Bruen Street
Railroad and Elm Street project
Oliver Street School

This building is supposed to be renovated to loft apartments, but no progress yet.
Diagonally across the street, the Carvi Hotel site remains relatively untouched. It does appear that they are slowly picking at the houses, likely having to do a lot of asbestos removal.
A restaurant on Ferry Street is being renovated.
The mixed-use building on Polk Street
A Bayonne Box on Polk Street
The environmental remediation project at Polk and Market Street is complete.
