While trying to find more info on the
Harriet Walke case.
I found this clipping of an assault on a Harriet Walker.

When I started this post I thought this happened in May 1935. I had a theory that this might be the same woman. (with a typo 'r' added to the end of Walke)
but I just double checked & it happened in 1936, 9 months
after the Harriet Walke murder.
Oh well.
