She was horrible to her staff and took such a big commission from them that once people built up clienteles, they all started leaving. She also charged her staff for products, which rarely (if ever) done at shops where you actually have employees as opposed to chair rentals. They all got fed up.

Yes she does. Another reason why staff were annoyed she was gouging them.
