Nice variance in the building styles and sizes - it makes the city more interesting for viewers to look at. The Olde Town is very refreshing addition.

You asked about scaling textures. Here's one way to do it:
- First, decide the floor to floor height of your building (always model to scale). 4 meters or 13 - 14 feet would be quite realistic.
- Then count the number of floors your texture has. Let's say it shows 10 floors for example. This makes the texture 40 meters / 130 - 140 feet high.
- Open the Materials window and select the texture you want to scale.
- Go to the Edit tab. There's text boxes for the height and width of the texture (just under texture's file name).
- Type 40 in the height box. The width should change accordingly.
- Now you have scaled you're texture, you just have to position it correctly.

I see you've also tried Kerkythea. Try the preset #17 (Path tracing progressive). It's the best preset for outdoor scenes lit only by sun and sky. It takes a bit longer, but after 50 - 150 passes your textures should look really clear.
