Greenland USA started construction in 2014 on Metropolis in Los Angeles’s South Park neighborhood. The first of four towers, with 308 condos, is almost 80% sold for an average of $1,100 a square foot, according to Mike Leipart, managing partner at the Agency, the real-estate brokerage handling sales.
