Zapatan, you can't just tack on a few floors to the top of a building. Everything below it is engineered with the current design in mind. The math involved in a structure of this size goes much deeper than you realize.
If you'd like to make the argument that they should have considered the symbolic height much earlier in the design process, fine. But it's a pointless argument and this isn't the thread for it.
