I'm surprised at how Sweden's cities are not that much different from Canadian ones and basically cover the same range of rates across their big cities (1-3 per 100, 000).
I'd expect Canada's to be higher than Sweden's (though Canada's is less than the US, by far Scandinavia's got a reputation for having a larger safety net, more welfare and less inequality than either), plus Canada being close to the US has more of an issue with access to guns brought over than Scandinavia would, right?
