Looks like the NBA Grizzlies and their stupid no_compete clause deal that they manipulated the incompetent city officials to agree with just screwed Graceland, Whitehaven and the entire city of Memphis big time. This would have brought unlimited amount of concerts and events to Whitehaven as well as other developments and economic growth. This is another one of those "what could have been" developments that Memphis missed out on and will never get to see happen. Oh well. Remember that next time you go to a Grizzlies game.
