I'm just going off of memory, but I recall reading in the past that the lowest priced
units may start at $600-750 and the highest (penthouse) are in excess of $2000. Maybe $2500 or so. In terms of square footage, I'm not absoloutely certain.
I think the a number of the highest priced ones may be off the market though. Word is that leasing has been pretty good (%20 pre-leased, approx.) in terms of corporate buyers prior to any actual promotional push.
