It was approved by the UDP and should start before year end if not even sooner.

Would've liked the second building to be slightly higher reducing the massing of the taller building slightly, but due to the ROW underneath it would've been to too difficult to accommodate a larger parkade on the smaller parcel.

The only thing that I'd change is the part of the rear of the smaller building that jots out. It takes away from the passage way which will eventually be the gateway for the still creek greenway.
