Anyhow, pretty awesome to see some mega towers going up in some other American cities other than NY and Chicago. I'll wait for further renders before I judge the design. It will be interesting to see what other projects come about from institutional money due to the unique combination of cheep money (low interest rates) and tight credit. This is such a tempting market for real estate investment because of the easy money, but such a difficult market in which to secure financing. This could lead to a lot more investment projects like this where you see institutional cash (pension funds, endowments, etc) funding large RE investments.
