Another "old wine into new" is the extensive renovation of the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City. The Skirvin, closed for years, is being restored and renovated by Marcus Hotels et al, with a planned reopening time of Fall 2006 and to become the "Hilton Skirvin".
