Am I alone in thinking the "retro" part of the retro stadium craze is already dead?

For at least a few years now the designs have clearly not been retro. Detailed and open-aired yes, but just because they aren't concrete cookie cutters doesn't mean they are faux historic. Just because they might use brick here and there doesn't make them retro (and some of them don't have a single brick anywhere to be found).

I mean... can we really call these "retro":
