I thought it might be fun to figure out just where on Pico blvd. this traffic stop took place.
I notice there's a tire shop (well, racks of tires), as well as a round white sign(?) on the taller building.
the horiz. sign advertises a Harvar(d) something or other.

Harvard does intersect Pico. The area is known as Harvard Heights. Tall structure in background appears to bear the bell telephone symbol. At 2978 Pico there is a business that repairs Wurlitzers and other Jukeboxes. Construct permit bears 1905 date and facade seems consistent with that date.
