WOW! I saw this building a while back and I fell in love with it! I didn't know where it was from so I didn't know where/what to search for.
I love the balconies and the way they incorporated the colors, glass and trees, and just about everything fits. Specially the concrete part of the base where the ivy covers the whole concrete wall.
Just wish the government could do something to prevent the lung problems.
