Just went to the website to check out prices. Their marketing team is not just using (which is disappointing), but in fact OVER using, the term 'Midtown Village.' Do they not know that is a contrived name, designed by committee, which embarrassingly mashes up NYC neighborhood names? If I was in the market for an apartment this alone would disqualify them. Just as it has disqualified the Lolita family of restaurants - who, not only proudly use the term, but were some of the first adopters. SAD!!

This is what marketing teams do. If you're choosing where to live based on the terminology of a marketing website you may want to rethink your equation.
