....there must be lots of organizational layers here then because CB Richard Ellis is the acting leasing company for the property. I don't 100 % know how the real estate game works but they confirmed Walmart as the owner (tenant?). I actually have confirmation from Walmart Canada that they still own?? that property for a future project.
I'm not trying to argue with you here Vike, i am just trying to clear up any potential misconceptions. As i said above about my lack of knowledge on how commercial real estate works, you may also be right about Fairweather being involved somehow.
