Wow - Skopje has changed a lot since I last browsed photographs of it. Some of the newer buildings look like caricatures, it's fun.
I love the Carsija. Second-largest in the Balkans after Sarajevo. But I think Skopje's is somehow more beautiful. It seems more mixed-use, whereas the one in Sarajevo is mostly commercial.
