I spoke with a representative from Mellow Mushroom and she told me they were looking at moving into the Borders on St. Charles in the near future. Also, I was at the BioInnovation Center yesterday for a networking event and noticed they have a new sandwich shop/coffee lounge moving in called The Honey Loaf Lounge.
